These Terms apply only to processes conducted through www.palaiahotel.com. The “Reservation” button on the website redirects the user to the Elektraweb infrastructure. The creation, confirmation, payment information, and processing of reservation data continue through the relevant system and/or sales channel after the redirection.
The hotel also works with third-party sales channels such as ETS, Jolly Tur, Booking, and Expedia. For reservations made through these channels, the respective platform’s own terms, privacy policies, and cancellation/refund policies may also apply.
3. Services Offered
The website may include information about the hotel, room types, services, events, gastronomy, spa, gallery, contact information, and similar details. This content is for informational purposes only.
Descriptions, images, prices, promotions, availability information, and other content on the website are subject to change unless explicitly stated otherwise. The hotel reserves the right to update content based on legislation, operational requirements, seasonal conditions, supply, and availability.
4. Reservation and Contract Establishment
Reservations are not accepted directly through the website; users are redirected to the Elektraweb system. Therefore, the reservation relationship is established based on the information provided, the choices made, and the transaction flow carried out through the relevant system after the redirection.
For reservations made through direct sales channels, the reservation is only finalized when confirmed in writing by the hotel and, if necessary, when the prepayment/deposit/guarantee transaction is completed.
The user acknowledges that all information provided during the reservation process, such as name, contact information, date, number of people, etc., is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. The user is responsible for the consequences arising from providing incorrect or incomplete information.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a reservation in the following cases:
providing incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information;
failure to fulfill payment/guarantee obligations on time;
detection of suspicious, malicious, or systemically erroneous transactions related to the same reservation;
force majeure or extraordinary circumstances affecting operational security.
5. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, the prices listed on the website represent the room/service rate valid on the relevant date. Taxes, fees, service charges, additional person surcharges, extra services, and similar items may be shown separately during the booking process.
The hotel reserves the right to correct prices due to obvious price errors, technical issues, currency/tax changes, end of campaign periods, or changes in availability. No definitive right arises in favor of the user regarding a price containing an obvious error.
For direct bookings, a one-night prepayment may be requested from guests arriving during the season. Guests may be informed that they can make a prepayment/early payment if they wish to avoid the effects of currency fluctuations; otherwise, the exchange rate valid on the payment date will apply.
Special conditions may be determined separately for past or future early booking, promotion, non-refundable rate, loyalty discount, or similar campaigns.
6. Cancellation, Change and Refund
Cancellation, modification, and refund policies for reservations are subject to the published Cancellation Policy. Users are responsible for reviewing this policy before making a reservation.
For reservations made through third-party sales channels, the cancellation/modification policies of the respective channel may also apply.
