This disclosure statement has been prepared by TEKİNALP YAPI LIMITED COMPANY, acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Personal Data Processed

The facility processes video data of people in common areas via security cameras.

3. Areas Where Camera Monitoring is Performed

For facility security and operational procedures, camera recording may be conducted at entry and exit points, around the reception area, in the lobby, common areas, corridors, parking, and other outdoor areas deemed necessary for security.

Camera recording will not be conducted in areas where it would violate the privacy of individuals.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Camera recordings are processed for the following purposes:

ensuring physical security of the premises,

ensuring the safety of guests, visitors and employees,

protecting facility assets,

detecting and investigating possible incidents, complaints, accidents or security breaches,

using them as evidence in legal proceedings when necessary.

5. Legal Grounds

Your image data is processed in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), based on the legal grounds of enabling the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

6. Addition Method

Your personal data is automatically collected through the closed-circuit television (CCTV) system installed within the facility.

If audio is recorded by the camera systems, this will be clearly and separately notified. Unless otherwise specified, the system operates on the basis of video recording.

7. Transfer

Camera recordings may be transferred to the following parties only for the purpose of:

• authorized law enforcement agencies,
• prosecution offices, courts and other authorized public institutions,
• our lawyers in case of legal disputes,
• suppliers from whom maintenance/security/IT support is received, under necessary confidentiality obligations.

8. Storage Time

Camera recordings are stored for a period of 7 days, as required by the purpose of processing and in accordance with security policies; after this period, they are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

9. Data Subject Rights

You can submit your requests regarding your rights as a data subject under Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) to the data controller in writing or through other methods stipulated in the legislation.
